Services
Quotes, timelines and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work starts. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise; calculator prices are in US dollars or their equivalent in EGP.
Online payments
Online payments are processed securely by Paymob. An order is confirmed once the payment is approved; you receive a confirmation email with your order reference.
Domain use
For our event systems we use your domain name for all system URLs and email notifications.
Cancellation & refunds
To cancel an order or request a refund, contact info@vigorousds.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
